A self-directed business website concept for a US-focused plumbing service, built around emergency calls, service discovery, trust signals, and fast booking.

The problem
The portfolio needed one clear example that shows I can create polished, conversion-focused websites for local service businesses, not only backend-heavy systems.
What I worked on
- Built a complete landing page route inside the portfolio with a photo-led hero, hybrid call/book CTAs, service cards, process steps, reviews, service areas, FAQ, and footer.
- Defined the content around plumbing-specific conversion flows: emergency calls, booking intent, clear service discovery, trust signals, and realistic local business details.
- Kept the build honest as a personal concept project, separate from client work, while still making it viewable like a polished business website.
The result
Completed a live business website concept that demonstrates responsive design, conversion-focused page structure, polished visual direction, and practical service-business content.
This is a personal concept build, not a past client project.

A few things you might want to know before we talk.
Do I need a detailed brief?
No. Tell me who the product is for, what they need to do, and what’s getting in the way. A rough idea or a few examples are enough for a first conversation.
How do we agree on cost and timing?
We first clarify the scope, the current setup, and any dependencies. Then we can agree on deliverables, milestones, and an estimate before work starts. If the budget is tight, we can discuss a smaller first release.
Can you work with my existing product or team?
Yes. We can begin by reviewing the codebase and the part you need help with. That gives us a basis for deciding what to keep, what to change, and how I can fit into your team’s workflow.
How will I know what’s happening?
We’ll agree on a communication channel and check-in schedule at the start. Milestone reviews give you a chance to try the work and give feedback before we move further.
What if the requirements change?
Let’s discuss the impact on the current scope, cost, and timeline before adding the work. We can swap priorities or plan another milestone so changes stay visible.
Can you take on a project alongside your full-time role?
I take freelance work alongside my full-time role. We’ll discuss my availability and your deadlines first, so we can agree on a realistic schedule.
What happens after launch?
We should agree on handover, documentation, and any support period as part of the scope. Ongoing maintenance can be discussed separately. Client work only belongs in my public portfolio with permission.
